ETHIOPIA E - VISA

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ETHIOPIA VISA

  1. 1. Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for Ethiopia Visa.
  2. 2. Person wishes to travel to Ethiopia for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply visa through Business Bay India. Person who seeks employment in Ethiopia is not eligible to apply through Business Bay India.   
  3. 3. We suggest applicants to carry Travel Insurance while travelling to Ethiopia. Business Bay India also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  1. 1. Colour Photo - Specification 35mm X 45 mm, 65% to 70% face cover with both the ears visible & white back ground.
  2. 2. Clear Coloured Front and Last full page of Valid Indian passport copies with minimum validity of six months.
  3. 3. Hotel Confirmation Voucher
  4. 4. Confirm Airline Ticket
  5. 5. Last 03 months bank statement
  6. 6. Applicant Mobile number
  7. 7. For Conference Visa, need below documents:
    Copy of application letter written by the inviting company to the Main Department for immigration and Nationality Affairs of Ethiopia.
    Copy of Business Licence (renewed for fiscal year) of the inviting company.
    Copy of Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
    Copy of Invitation letter (Invitation letter should mention details of Conference briefly such as Conference name, Start date, End date & Venue).

PROCESSING TIME

  1. The Normal processing time is 01-02 Ethiopian Working Days except for Saturday, Sunday and any Ethiopian Holidays. However it may take some more time if it is pending with the Security Department.
