VISA NOTES & FEES

  1. 1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)
  2. 2. Bosnia Herzegovina Visa Application Form : One visa application form duly filled and signed.
  3. 3. Photo Specification: One recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
  4. 4. Covering Letter : Covering-letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of Bosnia & Herzegovina, New Delhi.
  5. 5. Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from the Bosnian host / inviting Company which should be attested by Bosnian Chamber of Commerce, Local Municipality & Local Police Authority.
  6. 6. Financials : a)Personal Bank statement for six months b)Personal ITR for last 3 yrs c)Foreign Exchange receipt or Credit card photocopy with statement of last three months
  7. 7. Airline Reservation : Ticket Itinerary
  8. 8. Travel insurance as per travel date (mandatory)
  9. 9. Please Note: a) Personal Interview is Mandatory. b) Applicant can get Bosnia Visa on arrival for 7 day stay if they are holding a valid Multiple Entry Schengen visa.
