VISA NOTES & FEES
Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
a) Copy of pages of passport containing personal information and also pages providing important travel information
b) Attach all your old passports (if any)
Guyana Visa Application Form : Two visa application forms duly filled and signed.
Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter : Covering Letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, High Commission of the Republic of Guyana, New Delhi.
Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Guyana host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the name, designation, purpose and duration of visit
Financials:
a) Company’s and Personal I.T.R for last 3 yrs
b) Company and Personal Bank Statement for last six months
c) Credit Card statement/Foreign Exchange endorsement/Traveler’sCheque
Police Clearance Certificate
Airline Reservation: Ticket Itinerary
Proof of Accommodation: Hotel Confirmation
Medical:
a) Medical Certificate
b) Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.
Note: - If interview is required, the applicant will be informed of the date and time in advance
