Brunei Darussalam Business Visa Checklist

VISA NOTES & FEES

1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum seven blank pages for visa stamping. Attach all your old passports (if any) a) Copies of bio-data pages of the passport.
2. Brunei Darussalam Visa Application Form : One visa application form back to back duly filled and signed.
3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm) Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas
4. Covering Letter : Covering-letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number,purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Brunei Darussalam High Commission, New Delhi.
5. Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from Brunei host / inviting Company and approval copy from Brunei Immigration Department should be faxed directly to the embassy and a copy to us.
6. Ticket: Confirmed onward and return ticket
7. Financials: Original Bank Statement for last six months with original stamp and signature of the authorized signatory of the Bank.
8. Accommodation Proof: Confirmed hotel booking Brunei (for short visit - without sponsors in Brunei)
