Eligibility for Georgia Visa

GEORGIA E - VISA

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR GEORGIA VISA

  1. 1. Indian National holding a valid Indian passport can apply for Georgia Visa.
  2. 2. Person wishes to travel to Georgia for the purpose of Tourism/Family or friends Visit/Business can apply visa through Business Bay India. Person who seeks employment in Georgia is not eligible to apply through Business Bay India.   
  3. 3. We suggest applicants to carry Travel Insurance while travelling to Georgia Business Bay India also provides Travel Insurance to passengers at an additional cost.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

  1. 1. Clear Coloured Front and Last full page of Valid Indian passport copies with minimum validity of six months.
  2. 2 . Clear photograph ( Size35 mm x 45 mm whit background matt finsh 70% face)
  3. 3. Hotel Confimration as per the travle date
  4. 4. Confirmed Return Air ticket
  5. 5. If travelling on Business visit, require Invitation letter from invitee Compnay with Compnay Registration copy
  6. 6. If Visiting Family, require Invitation letter from the family members with Identity card /Passport /Airline Card/Entry permit copy & Contact Number
  7. 7. Travel and health insurance ( Person who wishes to apply for visa to Georgia should posses travel/health insurance which in case if needed will cover any cost related to condition of his health and death. Health/travel insurance should be valid on whole territory of Georgia.)
  8. 8. Document proving sufficient financial means (You can prove possession of sufficient financial funds by presenting : Bank statement of the past three months, reference from your Employer which includes information regarding your position and income, document proving possession of real estate, letter from a sponsor. Letter from a sponsor (dated and signed) should include Name and Surname of sponsor, address, Contact Information, relationship between applicant and sponsor, place of destination and duration, list of costs covered by a sponsor.)

PROCESSING TIME

  1. The Normal processing time is 05-06 Georgia Working Days except for Saturday, Sunday and any Georgia Holidays. However it may take some more time if it is pending with the Security Department.

IMPORTANT NOTE:-

Holders of valid visa or residence permit of the country you have selected are exempted from visa requirements. You can enter Georgia without a visa for 90 days in any 180-day period. Please, note that you must present relevant valid visa or residence permit along with your travel document/passport at the moment of crossing Georgian border.
