Congo Tourist Visa Checklist

VISA NOTES & FEES

  1. 1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)
  2. 2. Congo Visa Application Form : Two visa application forms duly filled and signed by the applicant.
  3. 3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, light background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm) Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
  4. 4. Covering Letter : Covering-Letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to – The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Congo, New Delhi Please Note : Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed .
  5. 5. Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from Congolese host (Family / Friends / Relatives) stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name. For family visit following documents are also required. a) In case of couple (married) Marriage Certificate (proof) b) For minor : certificate of birth c) LOI (Certificate D'HEBERGEMENT) d) Husband/Father/Invitant existing visa page and passport copy e) Last six months bank statements f) Working proof of Invitant (Person from Congo) g) Recent water bill and electricity bill h) Salary slip with CNSS registration number and must be in CFA(Congolese currency)(Invitant)
  6. 6. Proof of Accommodation: Hotel Reservation
  7. 7. Air Reservation : Confirmed ticket issued from EC Air. Please Note : Itinerary should be New Delhi to Dubai by any airlines and the Dubai to Brazzaville by EC Air.
  8. 8. Medical: Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.
