VISA NOTES & FEES
Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
Please Note:
a) Photocopies of the first three (03) pages of the passport
b) Attach all your old passports (if any)
Ivory Coast visa application form: Two visa application forms to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Photo Specification: Two recent camera clicked passport sized colored photographs on a white background with 80% face cover on a matt or semi-matt finished paper (35mm x45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter : Original Covering Letter is required from the applicant on the company’s letter head with company seal on it stating his name,passport number, designation, purpose of the trip and duration of the trip. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of Cote d' Ivoire, New Delhi.
Invitation Letter: Invitation Letter from host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.
Recommendation letter through recognised Chamber of Commerce in India.
Proof of Occupation
a) NOC from employer certifying business trip is approved
Ticket: Confirmed return air ticket
Medical: Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.
Financials
a) Personal Bank statement for the last 6 months.
