VISA NOTES & FEES
Important Notice- As notified by the Hong Kong Immigration Department, From January 23 2017 Indian nationals will need to complete an Online Pre-Arrival Registration Form to enter Hong Kong for a 14-day visa-free visit, or entering Hong Kong during transit. The registration portal will be available from December 19 2016.
Applicants will be required to print the approval notification slip to be shown for immigration clearance upon arrival.
Pre-arrival registration will be valid for six months.
Exempt :-
Holders of an Indian diplomatic or official passport or a Hong Kong Travel Pass.
Indian nationals who are enrolled as frequent visitors using the e-Channel service.
If the duration of stay is more than 14 days, applicant has to furnish the below mentioned documents.
Passport: Original Passport with validity of more than six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp.
Please Note:
a) Attach all your old passports (if any)
b) Copy of first and last page of the passport
Hong kong Visa Application Form : One Visa application form duly filled and signed by the applicant along with the Sponsorship Form
Photo Specification: One recent passport size colored photograph with white background and 80% face coverage (Size : 35mm x 45mm)
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas
Covering Letter: Covering Letter on the company's letter head stating applicant's name, designation, passport number,purpose, duration of visit with a statement that all expenses to be borne by the company, duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to - The Visa Officer, Consulate General Of China, Mumbai.
Invitation Letter: Invitation letter from Hong Kong host / inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose and duration of visit with complete address and contact number, duly signed with round seal & signatory’s name and designation and addressed to –The Visa Officer,Consulate General Of China,Mumbai.
Please Note: Copy of ID of invitee is also required along with the invitation letter.
Registration Certificate: Copy of the Hong Kong Company’s registration certificate.
Financials: Copy bank statement for the last 3 months with bank seal duly signed by authorized signatory.

NOTE - All the documents have to be couriered directly to Hong Kong immigration if the travel is more than 14 days along with the Cheque connected with Hong Kong banks (Details mentioned in the document – IDE1004 ) Processing timelines – Four weeks depending on Immigration
