Cuba Business Visa Checklist

VISA NOTES & FEES

1. Passport: Original passport with a validity of more than six months and minimum two blank pages (back to back) for visa stamp.Attach all your old passports (if any)
2. Cuba visa application form : One visa application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant .
3. Photo Specification: Two recent camera clicked passport sized colored photographs on a white background with 80% face cover on a matt or semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm) Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
4. Covering Letter : Original Covering Letter from the applicant on the company’s letter head stating his name, designation,passport number, purpose of the trip, duration of the trip & who will bear the expenses. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Cuba, New Delhi.
5. Invitation Letter: An Original invitation letter from Cuban Associate should be sent directly to the Embassy through fax and a copy should be sent to us.
6. Ticket: Confirmed Return Air Ticket Note - Following details must be present on the ticket (for all sectors) a) Booking Reference Number b) Booking Status (Should be Confirmed) c) eTicket Number
7. Financials: a) Bank statement for last 6 months. b) Foreign exchange endorsement/ Copy of credit cards
8. Important Note - Applicants are advised to check the below link to know whether Yellow Fever Certificate is required or not. Vaccination requirements and recommendations for International Travelers . Health regulation for passengers leaving India:- There is no health check requirement by Indian Government on passengers leaving India. However, persons leaving for a yellow fever infected area are advised in their own interest to get themselves vaccinated and to be possession of valid yellow fever vaccination certificates before they leave the country.
