VISA NOTES & FEES

Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank page for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)
Indonesia Visa Application Form : One visa application form duly filled and signed. (Only with Blue Pen)
Photo Specification: Two recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish,80% face coverage, with white background (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
Please note : Photographs should not be more than three months old, scanned / stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter :
a) Covering Letter from applicant on company’s letter head stating his name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to : The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai
b) Covering-Letter: Covering-letter from applicant on business letter head stating his name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed by authorized signatory and addressed to - The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai
Please Note : Covering -Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.
Invitation letter: Invitation Letter from Indonesia host / Inviting Company in Indonesian language, should come through the “Department of Immigration”-Jarkata and directly faxed to the consulate and a copy to us .The letter should be addressed to : The Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia, Mumbai. Indonesia consulate requires KTP copy printed on the invitation letter below the signatory signature.
a) KTP card copy is the ID Card copy of the person who is signing the invitation letter should be faxed directly to the consulate.
b) A brief introduction of the inviting company has to mentioned on the invite letter.
c) Applicant's day to day schedule (with dates) has to be mentioned in the invitation letter.
d) If duration of stay is more than 5 days then applicant has to provide an approval letter from immigration.
Ticket: Confirmed Air Ticket with ticket number .
Accommodation Proof: Hotel confirmation.
Please Note:
a) You can also apply from Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia, Delhi as there is no jurisdiction. To view the checklist, please select your state of residence as “Delhi”.
b) Visa can also be obtained On Arrival.
Indonesia Visa on Arrival : Visa on Arrival (VoA) may be obtained upon arrival at the designated airports, seaports and land border checkpoints in Indonesia at the discretion of Indonesian Immigration Officers at the point of arrival. VoA is valid for length of stay of up to 30 (thirty) days and extendable at the Immigration Offices in Indonesia for 1 (one) time only to have another stay of 30 (thirty) days, subject to the eligibility of sponsorship of the traveler’s stay in Indonesia. To do so, travelers are advised to contact the nearest local Immigration Office in Indonesia. VoA cannot be converted into any other type of visa or stay permit in Indonesia.
