VISA NOTES & FEES

1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)
2. Congo Visa Application Form : Three visa application forms duly filled and signed. Photocopy can be used.
3. Photo Specification: Six recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
4. Covering-Letter: Covering Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number,purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer,Embassy of the Democratic Republic of Congo, New Delhi. Please Note : Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed .
5. Sponsorship Letter / Hotel Reservation notarized by Notary public : The letter should be attested by Congo Immigration (if sponsored)
6. Financials: Proof of sufficient funds
7. Ticket: Confirmed return Air Ticket.
8. Medical: Copy of YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry Original YFC at the time of travel.
9. Please Note: Visa applications submitted at the Embassy will be sent to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MINAFFECI), DR Congo for approval. Post approval from MINAFFECI, the visa applications will be processed.
10. IMPORTANT NOTE: With immediate effect, CONGO DRC visa application has to be applied online through the following www.incovisa.co.in. Below steps needs to be followed; 1- Fill online form. 2- Upload documents. Post filling online form and uploading documents, 3 print out of the filled form to be attached with application for submission.
