Belarus Business Visa Checklist

VISA NOTES & FEES

  1. 1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months(after completion of the trip) and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping. Attach all your old passports (if any)
  2. 2. Belarus Visa Application Form : One visa application form and the additional form duly filled and signed.
  3. 3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size coloured photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)
    Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas
  4. 4. Covering Letter : Covering-letter from the applicant on company’s letter head stating applicant’s name, designation, passport number,purpose and duration of visit. The letter should be addressed to: The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Republic of Belarus, New Delhi.
  5. 5. Invitation Letter: Original Invitation Letter from Belarus host / Inviting Company on its letter head stating the purpose of travel and duration of stay and should be duly signed with signatory’s name and designation.
    a) Incorporation letter of the Belarusian Company is an essential requirement.
  6. 6. Financials
    a) Personal Income Tax Returns for last 3 years
    b) Personal Bank Statement for last six months-original with bank seal and signature.
  7. 7. Ticket : Confirmed Air Ticket
  8. 8. Medical: Health insurance which has to be obtained from the Embassy's Medical Panel.
  9. 9. Personal presence of the Applicant is mandatory.
  10. 10. Please be informed that with immediate effect that for Indian Nationals, Belarus has advised visa free entry up to 30 Days subject to requirements
