Burkina Faso Tourist Visa Checklist

VISA NOTES & FEES

1. Passport: Original Passport with a validity of more than six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)
2. Burkina Faso Visa Application Form : One visa application form to be duly filled & signed by the applicant. Please Note : Copy of application form has to be submitted along with the application.
3. Photo Specification: Two recent passports sized colored photographs on a white background with 80% face cover (35mm x 45mm) Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
4. Covering Letter : Covering-Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation,passport number, purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer,Embassy of Burkina Faso, New Delhi. Please Note : Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed .
5. Financials : a) Original Personal Bank statement for the last 6 months with bank seal, signatory's name and sign.
6. Ticket: Confirmed return air ticket, print out of reservation attested by IATA agent along with the confirmed tour itinerary.
7. Hotel Booking: Proof of hotel reservation mentioning Hotel Name and telephone number.
8. Medical: Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel. Please Note: It is recommended to have Cholera inoculation & Cholera Vaccination.
