Belize Tourist Visa Checklist

VISA COUNTRY : BELIZE VISA CATEGORY : TOURIST NATIONALITY : INDIAN

VISA NOTES & FEES

1. Passport: Original Passport with the validity of minimum six months from the date of return and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping. Please Note: Attach two copies of first & last page of the passport along with all old passports (if any).
2. Belize Visa Application Form : One visa application form to be duly filled & signed by the applicant.
3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Please Note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
4. Covering Letter : Covering-Letter from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant with his contact details and addressed to "The Visa Officer, Consulate of Belize", New Delhi. Please Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.
5. Financials: a) Original Personal Bank Statement for last six months with Bank's seal & signature. b) Personal ITR for last 2 years.
6. Proof of Occupation: Self Employed: a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation / Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership Deed b) Brief Company Profile c) Articles of Memorandum (Incase the applicant is MD/Director) Employed: a) Salary slips for last 6 months along with employee ID card copy. b) Original NOC letter from company & to be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation.
7. Airline Reservation: Ticket itinerary. Please Note: The travel date mentioned in the form should match with the dates mentioned in ticket.
8. Accommodation Proof: Hotel Booking.
9. Please Note: a) If applicant is holding a valid US multiple entry visa or has US permanent residency, the visa fees would be Rs. 4500 & he has to submit a copy of his US visa along with the application. b) Embassy may ask for any additional documents.
10. Important Note - Applicants are advised to check the below link to know whether Yellow Fever Certificate is required or not. Vaccination requirements and recommendations for International Travelers . Health regulation for passengers leaving India:- There is no health check requirement by Indian Government on passengers leaving India. However, persons leaving for a yellow fever infected area are advised in their own interest to get themselves vaccinated and to be possession of valid yellow fever
