VISA NOTES & FEES
Passport: Original Passport with the validity of minimum 1 year from the date of entry into Israel and minimum one blank page for visa stamping.
Please Note: Attach two sets of photocopy (one colored and one black & white) of first and last page of the passport on a single page along with all old passports (if any).
Israel Visa Application Form : One visa application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant. Form has to be filled online - http://www.israelvisa.in/visa-process/online-visa-application-form .
Following forms also need to be filled, signed and submitted along with the application:
a) VFS Consent form
b) Checklist
Please Note: Applicant's mobile number & email ID must be mentioned on the visa application form.
Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 50mm x 50mm).
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 6 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter : Covering-letter from company on its letter head stating the applicant's name, designation, date of joining, passport number, outlined of the itinerary, purpose of visit, names and addresses of the companies he/she intends to visit. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory and addressed to – The Consulate General of Israel, Mumbai.
Invitation letter: Invitation Letter from Israeli host / inviting Company on its letter head in Hebrew or English language stating the applicant's name, passport number, purpose & duration of stay and guarantee that the applicant will leave Israel before the expiry of the visa that has issued to him. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory mentioning his name and designation.
Financials:
a) Original Bank Statement for last 3 months with Bank stamp and Seal on A4 sized paper only with a minimum balance of Rs.1,00,000(Internet bank statement will not be accepted). Applicant's name must be mentioned on statement.
b) Salary slips for last 4 months.
Proof of Occupation:
Self Employed: Proof ownership/ partnership deed
Employed: Salary slips for last three months
Student: NOC from school.
Ticket: Ticket Itinerary.
Medical: Medical Insurance for the entire period of stay amounting US$ 40,000 or equivalent. The policy has to clearly specify the period of validity and has to cover the entire duration of the trip including the date of arrival & departure.
Please Note: For Minors, a Guarantee letter from Parents on Rs. 100/- stamp paper with Notary Mantralaya is required.
Important Note:- Applicants are required to submit two sets of documents i.e. one set of original and one set of copies.
