VISA NOTES & FEES
Passport: Original Passport with the validity of minimum 1 year from the date of entry into Israel and minimum one blank page for visa stamping.
Please Note: Attach two photocopy sets (one colored and one black & white) of first and last page of the passport on single page along with all old passports (if any).
Israel Visa Application Form : One visa application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.
Following forms also need to be filled, signed and submitted along with the application:
a) VFS Consent form
b) Checklist
Please Note: Applicant's mobile number & email ID must be mentioned in visa application form.
Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 50mm x 50mm).
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 6 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
Covering Letter : Covering-Letter from applicant mentioning his name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant and addressed to – The Consulate General of Israel, Mumbai.
Please Note: Covering Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.
Financials:
a) Original Personal Bank Statement for last 3 months with minimum balance of Rs.1,00,000 along with Bank stamp & Seal and applicant's name must be mentioned on the statement. The statement must be on A4 sized paper only.
Please Note: Internet statement will not be accepted.
b) Current salary statement.
c) Appointment letter.
Proof of Occupation:
Self Employed
a) Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation / Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership Deed
b) Brief Company Profile
c) Articles of Memorandum (In case the applicant is MD/Director)
Employed
a) No Objection Certificate from employer stating the travel dates
Student
a) Leave Sanction Letter or NOC from school mentioning the travel dates along with the School ID Card copy.
Proof of Accommodation: Hotel confirmation and Day-to-Day Itinerary.
Ticket: Ticket Itinerary.
Medical:
a) Medical Insurance for the entire period of stay amounting US$ 40,000 or equivalent.
b) Applicant should have completed a full course of vaccination against Polio, preferably with Oral Polio Vaccine (OPV) and should receive an additional dose of OPV at least six weeks before each international journey. The Validity of full course of vaccination will be one year.
Please Note:
a) For Minors, Guarantee letter from Parents on Rs. 100/- stamp paper with Notary Mantralaya is required.
b) Applicants are required to submit two sets of documents i.e. one set of original and one set of copies.
