Bosnia And Herzegovina Tourist Visa Checklist

VISA NOTES & FEES

1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach all your old passports (if any)
2. Bosnia Herzegovina Visa Application Form : One visa application form duly filled and signed.
3. Photo Specification: One recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm). Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
4. Covering Letter : Covering-Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation, passport number,purpose and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to – The Visa Officer,Embassy of Bosnia & Herzegovina, New Delhi. Please Note : Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed .
5. Invitation Letter: Invitation letter from invitee/Sponsoring Bosnian National stating the Applicant’s Name, Passport number, Date of Birth, Purpose and Duration of visit. The letter should be attested by the Local Municipality & Local Police Authority.
6. Financials : a)Personal Bank statement for six months b)Personal ITR for last 3 yrs c)Foreign Exchange receipt or Credit card photocopy with statement of last three months
7. Airline Reservation : Ticket Itinerary
8. Travel insurance as per travel date
9. Please Note: a) Personal Interview is Mandatory. b) Applicant can get Bosnia Visa on arrival for 7 day stay if they are holding a valid Multiple Entry Schengen visa.
