Benin Business Visa Checklist

VISA NOTES & FEES

1. Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months from the date of return and minimum two blank pages for visa stamping. Please Note: Attach all old passports (if any).
2. Benin Visa Application Form : One visa application form to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.
3. Photo Specification: Three recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
4. Covering Letter : Covering-letter from company on its letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of visit. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation and addressed to "The Visa Officer, Embassy of Benin", New Delhi.
5. Invitation Letter: Original invitation Letter from Benin host/ inviting Company on its letter head which has to be attested by the Indian Consulate in Benin by the Honorary Consul General Mr. Ashok R. Mirchandani . The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation and ID card copy.
6. Financials: a) Original Personal bank statement for last 3 months with bank's seal & signature b) Foreign Exchange receipt or Credit card photocopy with statement of last three months.
7. Airline Reservation: Ticket itinerary.
8. Medical: Original YFC (Yellow Fever Certificate) has to be submitted along with the visa application & applicant has to carry the same at the time of travel.
9. Please Note: Embassy may ask for any additional documents.
